Product Description & Material Structure
Core Material: High-density MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard), resistant to humidity and warping, is used as the primary substrate.
Base Coating Application: Special filler and primer layers are applied to the surface to eliminate any pores and create a flawless base.
Lacquer Paint Finish: Eco-friendly, water-based lacquer paints are applied in multiple layers using automatic spray systems. Each layer is sanded between applications to achieve an ultra-smooth finish.
Protective Varnish: A transparent topcoat is applied to enhance UV resistance and increase surface hardness against scratches.
